Are supplements for you?

When it comes to supplements it’s often difficult to tell which ones are for you. All too often we hear or read about a particular supplement programme which has worked for someone else, yet fails to make a difference to you. We are all unique, nutritional needs included. By completing our FREE questionnaires you have taken a vital step towards identifying which aspects of your wellbeing may require attention. Where necessary we will indicate dietary changes and which supplements are most likely to make a difference to your health and lifestyle.

About Us Compleat Health is an online service offering a combination of nutritional advice and products through health and lifestyle questionnaires. This provides an individual evaluation of your current nutritional status. The concept is unique in that our advice is totally free, our mission is to educate individuals on how to achieve a healthier lifestyle, simply and in an unobtrusive way.

Compleat Health are independent distributors for Forever Living Products and our service is available through nutritionists, allergy testers, gyms, beauty salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, personal trainers, complementary therapists, hotel groups, travel agents and GP referrals.

We provide natural supplements, using ingredients that can have a beneficial and harmonious effect on the body. Our on-line Nutritional assessments helps to identify tell tale signs that we are not adapting to our environment and that we may have altered nutritional status. These may include fatigue, poor skin, digestive disturbances, joint and muscle weakness, hormone imbalances and food sensitivities.
